Smileneo is an innovative health-tech company from the Middle East that enables dentists to digitize orthodontics. They offer invisible braces combined with a seamless user experience and a dedicated mobile app for easy remote monitoring. Since the end of 2021, VOGGSMEDIA has supported Smileneo in significantly increasing their leads while drastically reducing the cost per lead, bringing smiles to the faces of both the client and their customers.

Smileneo had the clear primary objective of reducing the cost per lead (CPL) of their campaigns while massively increasing the number of generated leads. The challenge was to scale a complex healthcare service in a nuanced market (Middle East) through performance advertising, ensuring clear communication of the user experience and the benefits of invisible braces and the remote monitoring app.

The Objective

To achieve these ambitious goals, we relied on a data-driven and creative strategy based on the following pillars:

Establish Structure & Naming Convention: We implemented a new, clear naming convention within the account. This allowed for better oversight, simplified the analysis of campaign performance, and significantly accelerated optimizations.

Consolidate Top Performers & Optimize Campaign Setups: By consolidating top performers in campaigns and implementing optimized setups (e.g., tailored bidding strategies on Snapchat, proven ad set strategies on Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok), we significantly reduced the CPL.

Innovative & Authentic Creatives: The key was leveraging Arabic-speaking influencers in optimally edited videos on TikTok and Snapchat. Brief, impactful text overlays in Arabic or English (depending on the country) enabled an excellent communication of the USPs.

Through our comprehensive measures, we were able to drastically reduce the cost per lead for Smileneo while simultaneously massively increasing the number of leads. We are very pleased to have contributed to Smileneo's ability to solidify its market position and expand its reach. Our collaboration is very rewarding on both sides, as new ideas are openly embraced and we share a common growth mindset that motivates us to scale further.
