What fascinated me from the very start at VOGGSMEDIA is the fact that despite all the remote work there is an incredible team connection. I myself live in Portugal but everyday feel like my colleagues sit right beside me. Equality and daily appreciation that I get make me super proud to be part of such a great team.

I was positively surprised right from the beginning that I could start immediately. There was no clumsy onboarding but instead working with our customers from day 1 on. By the same token I was integrated into the team and never got a “newbie” stamp. It somehow feels like we have already been working since a very long time - in the sense that there is a lot of familiarity in our communication.
Through direct contact with the customers that I exclusively take care of I almost feel “self employed”. With personal responsibility I solve my own tasks and manage my work freely.

Even though every employee works from different locations there is a harmonious and sincere working climate. The open and fast communication fundamentally contributes to the good team building and gives me a feeling of having arrived fully.
